HubSpot

Connect HubSpot to Reflekt Medical so your AI intake specialists can keep your CRM up to date automatically. Reflekt Medical uses HubSpot to:

  • Create, search, and update contacts for new leads — when a new lead comes in, Reflekt Medical looks for an existing HubSpot contact and creates or updates it as needed.
  • Push call and outreach activity — calls and outreach touchpoints handled by Reflekt Medical are logged to the contact's activity timeline in HubSpot.

The integration uses a one-click OAuth flow. You simply log in to Reflekt Medical, start the connection, and accept the installation and requested permissions in HubSpot — no API keys or manual configuration required.

Prerequisites​

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • An active HubSpot account.
  • Permission in HubSpot to authorize third-party app installations.
  • A Reflekt Medical account.

Connect HubSpot​

  1. Log in to your Reflekt Medical account.
  2. Navigate to Integrations.
  3. Find HubSpot and click the Connect button.
  4. You will be redirected to HubSpot — select your HubSpot account (portal).
  5. Review the requested permissions. Reflekt Medical requires access to read and write contacts and log activity.
  6. Click Connect app to approve the installation.

Once you approve, you will be redirected back to Reflekt Medical and the integration will be connected.

If you manage multiple HubSpot portals, make sure you select the correct one in step 4.
